The Moldovan Journal of Health Sciences (MJHS) welcomes academics interested in joining as reviewers.
Reviewers evaluate manuscripts, prepare reports for the editor, contribute to editorial decisions, and support authors in improving their articles.
Eligibility
Applicants should:
- Hold a Master’s or PhD degree from a recognized university.
- Have authored at least two publications in reputed journals.
- Be specialists in the subject matter of submitted manuscripts, with relevant experience and expertise.
What reviewing involves
MJHS reviewers are expected to:
- Provide objective evaluations supported by clear arguments.
- Treat manuscripts and information received during review as confidential.
- Identify relevant works that have not been cited.
- Report substantial similarities with other published work.
- Decline a review when they are insufficiently qualified, unable to respond promptly, or have a conflict of interest.
- Avoid using information or ideas obtained during review for personal purposes.
MJHS uses a double-blind peer-review model: the identities of authors and reviewers are kept hidden during the evaluation process.
